What is the difference between your perfume oils and sprays?
Our perfume oils are highly concentrated, alcohol-free formulations that sit close to the skin for long-lasting wear. Our sprays are blended with high-quality perfumer's alcohol to provide better projection and a traditional mist application.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK shipping typically takes 2-4 business days. We also offer an express shipping option which usually arrives within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to say that all Perfume Parlour products are 100% vegan and are never tested on animals.
Can I return a fragrance if I don't like the scent?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We recommend purchasing our 3ml samples or 5ml sprays before committing to a larger bottle.
How should I store my perfumes to ensure they last?
To maintain the integrity of the scent, store your fragrances in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
